Boggs’ .326 career batting average is second among all IAL hitters behind Nomar Garciaparra, with a .411 career OBP.  In 1987, he hit .391 (second highest season average) with the Northside Hitmen.  At the time of his induction, he was second all time in hits with 2,668.  In his 18 year career Wade scored 1,303 runs and drove in 1,041.
